The house offers strong cooling with its architecture and materials. In addition, a deep pool of water is to be created in the floor of the house, or on the slope of the rock, as a swimming pool,
a typical, small reservoir, the roof of which, however, prevents evaporation.

The change between inside and outside, between the height perceived from the outside and the inner depth on the other hand, between the coolness and the heat, in the middle of the natural landscape, this change of feelings must be extraordinary !

This adds another attraction to Encantado, which is more expensive but will have regional significance.
Historically, water and cooling mean survival. That is what this symbol stands for.
